I just have the pocket watch case with serial number 158200. Can you give me any information on it?

I have the original box and movement – 60 hr bunn special 21j – serial number matches….
the original box mentions a 10kt gold filled yellow gold…no case number like shown on hamilton original boxes.
did these boxes only have the movement or since a case type was mentioned – would it have come in that case?
